What exactly is UGC?
UGC is video content made by a real person, not a production crew. Brands use it in ads, on socials, on their website. It works because it doesn't look like an ad — it looks like something someone actually made.
Do I need to send you the product?
For product-based work, yes — send it to me in Finland. We sort out all the details before anything is confirmed.
How long does it take?
For a single video, typically 5–10 business days from receiving the product. Larger packs (3 or 5 videos) usually take 2–3 weeks. For service-based brands working from a brief, timing is similar. Rush delivery is available, just ask and we'll sort something out.
How many revisions do I get?
Every package includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions can be added for a small fee.
Can I use the videos in paid ads?
Yes! Ad usage rights can be added to any package. Pricing depends on how long you want to run the ads: +€60 per video for 3 months, +€100 per video for 6 months, or +€175 per video for 12 months. Longer or perpetual licenses are available too, just reach out and we'll find something that works.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
I'll always do my best to nail the brief before we start. If something's off, we'll sort it in the revision round. The more detail you give me upfront, the better the result.
